Not much news this week, but we have the first known Doctor Who pledge drive for the fall: |

KTEH/KCAH 54,25 San Jose/Watsonville, CA http://www.kteh.org/ is going to have a prime-time Doctor Who night in November. "Tom Baker Preview" airs on Sunday November 24th from 8 to 11PM as a pledge special to raise the money to be able to buy the 4th Doctor stories. The Androids of Tara pt 3 of 4 Pyramids of Mars pt 4 of 4 Genesis of the Daleks pt 5 of 6 The Talons of Weng-Chiang pt 2 of 6 City of Death pt 4 of 4 I'll give phone numbers for people who want to pledge for Doctor Who on KTEH closer to the pledge night. If your station is pledging Doctor Who, let me know the date and what you're offering as pledge premiums. Get the word out in advance, and try to give the show a boost. |

And a correction to last week's column. Maryland Public TV was airing The Power of Kroll on October 12th. It was really The Armageddon Factor. The Power of Kroll had aired on October 5th (and I had it in the listings for that week). So, Kroll didn't air twice. |

In the past stations have frequently aired this story without the first episode, with the episode numbers changed to cover up its absence. |
