No, This Week is not being discontinued. But I've decided to change the publication day. Effective May 22, This Week In Doctor Who will come out on Wednesdays. I'm hoping this will make it easier for me to produce the column, and avoid the clutter of distractions that potential readers get on Fridays. So, remember - look for This Week on Wednesdays, instead of Fridays. Unless you live in Australia or New Zealand - you probably won't see it till Thursdays, instead of Saturdays. |

USA - The 1996 Doctor Who Movie (starring Paul McGann) is airing on the Sci-Fi Channel http://www.scifi.com/ on Sunday, June 30 at 5PM Eastern. Use the schedulebot to adjust for local time. |

Canada - BBC Kids http://www.bbckids.ca/ will start airing new to them episodes of Doctor Who on Friday, May 24, beginning with Horror of Fang Rock. If you've stopped watching Doctor Who on BBC Kids, you can start again. |

Sounds like it is going to be a very good show. Expect a guest list in next week's column.
