Season 26, Episodes 12 through 14. Doctor: Sylvester McCoy. In the final story of the original TV series, the 7th Doctor brings Ace back to Perivale to visit old friends. The friends are missing, and stray cats seem to be menacing the populace. In the battle of survival, two old friends of the Doctor will find themselves permanently altered.

Season19, Episodes 5 through 8. Doctor: Peter Davison. UKTV Gold cycles back to the earliest Doctor Who story they still have rights to air, which is only back to the 5th Doctor this time. The Doctor and company arrive on a ship that makes periodic trips to Earth, sampling its culture and people. As the ship returns to stay, the TARDIS crew must find out if the inhabitants are out to help humanity, or need to be stopped.
