Featuring: David Tennant, Freema Agyeman, Carey Mulligan

In an abandoned house, the Weeping Angels wait - but when people begin to disappear, a young woman called Sally finds cryptic messages from a mysterious "Doctor" trapped in 1969. CAST: David Tennant

Press Release:
Sally Sparrow (Carey Mulligan), a photographer, breaks into a dilapidated house and discovers behind the peeling wallpaper a message from "the Doctor" (David Tennant) dated 1969, calling her by name. Sally returns the next day with her friend, Kathy Nightingale (Lucy Gaskell). A man soon arrives at the door with a decades-old letter from Kathy, who has just disappeared.

Sally then encounters three Weeping Angels statues, one holding a Yale key. Leaving the house, Sally reads the letter wherein Kathy explains that the Weeping Angels transported her back to 1920. Kathy's brother Larry (Finlay Robertson) runs a video shop that sells rare DVDs. Larry has also discovered a message from the Doctor, which features him carrying on half of an unfathomable conversation as an Easter egg hidden on 17 unrelated DVDs.

Sally soon learns that it is not just her friend who has gone missing. A young police detective shows her dozens of abandoned cars before he too disappears. Can Sally decipher the Doctor's messages bleeding through from 1969 before the Weeping Angels claim the prize they so relentlessly seek?
