Season 24, Episodes 5 through 8. Doctor: Sylvester McCoy. Civilization is breaking down at the apartment complex of Paradise Towers. The cops have gone insane. The kids have degenerated into hunting packs - harmless but a hassle. And some of the grandmothers have gone around the bend. Naturally, Mel accepts a dinner invitation from the 2 loopiest ones. Good knitters. Good at cooking. Short on food supplies.
