Back to the start of the Tom Baker era. U*N*I*T's investigation into thefts of top secret plans and equipment are hampered by the eccentricities of their scientific advisor, whose mind is a tad hazy from regenerating into a new body. Meanwhile, a giant Robot is lumbering around.

Series 12, Episodes 5 through 8. Doctor: Tom Baker. In the distant future, mankind flees to an Ark to avoid solar flares that will make Earth uninhabitable. The human species hibernates until the danger is past. But they've overslept. When the TARDIS crew wakes them up, a danger is also stirred.

It appears that UKTV Gold is skipping more than just Dalek stories this time around. They're skipping The Sontaran Experiment as well, which goes after The Ark In Space and before Genesis of the Daleks. Hmm.
