Overnights: The rating, representing 18.8% of the total viewing audience made Doctor Who the seventh most popular show on British Television yesterday. Doctor Who was beaten by its ITV opposition, Dancing on Ice, which had 4.84 million viewers (25.2% share).Top for the day the episode's following show, Call the Midwife, with 6.39 million viewers (29.0%), with preceeding show Countryfile achieving 5.24 million (28.2%). The new Agatha Christie mystery, The Pale Horse, had 4.81 million viewers.On the day that storm Ciara hit the UK BBC News had a boost with 5.48 million watching the 10pm bulletin.On overnight figures, Doctor Who was the 49th most watched programme of the week.
