Agents of the Black Guardian work behind the scenes to foment a war between 2 worlds and trick the Doctor into handing over The Key To Time.

A weeknight run of Tom Baker episodes begins on UK Gold. 2 episodes are edited together into an hourlong block. First up - the new 4th Doctor is called upon to stop a sinister scientific society which is using a Robot in hopes of blackmailing the world.
Meanwhile, a weekend run of Pertwee stories in the same format (2 episodes edited into a one hour block) airs Saturdays at 5PM BST (6PM BST UK Gold +1, Late Saturday 3AM UK Gold 2), starting with Spearhead From Space.
