In the Friday night Black & White installment, the 1st Doctor and company reel from the edge of destruction to the brink of disaster as their efforts to return to Earth go just a bit beyond the sun. Sunday, the 4th Doctor returns to Gallifrey to become the next President of Gallifrey. He quickly becomes the most disastrous President in Time Lord history.
