Intro: There can be no doubt about the fact that the Doctor Who broadcasts constitute a genuine public service by providing invaluable, practical information such as the fact that there will be a 25th century. Surely that knowledge makes it somehow easier to go to work tomorrow. Tonight's adventure is set in that particular century, and, although it will not reveal to us which political parties will be in control of the House or Senate at that time, it will depict the results of an attack on a group of scientists while studying fossils in a cave.
