The public TV stations known to have bought Series 30:

I am confident that there are more stations with rights to Series 29 and 30
than that. But these are the stations who have contacted me or scheduled the
show.

Series 28 is currently available to public TV stations in an American Public
TV package until March 31, 2010. For the Series 27 and 28 packages, stations
bought the rights to cycle through the episodes 4 times. They are not
required to do so. While no stations have been airing Series 27 regularly
since the American Public TV package expired, WGBY 57 in Springfield, MA is
airing one episode from that run as a pledge special on March 13, and if
they choose to go with Doctor Who regularly they will start with Series 27,
purchased direct from BBC Worldwide Americas.

2 Public TV stations currently have rights to air the classic Doctor Who run
(1963-1989), but not New Who. KBTC 28 Tacoma, WA is airing Colin Baker
episodes. WHRO 15 Norfolk, VA is airing Tom Baker episodes. These are also
purchased from BBC Worldwide Americas.

Some stations are using Doctor Who for pledge purposes in March:
