TWIDW Update: UKTV Gold To Air 2005 Doctor Who Series In October

UKTV Gold http://www.ukgold.tv reports that they have gotten rights to air the 2005 Doctor Who series (starring Christopher Eccleston) in October. Doctor Who will start Monday 23 October at 7 and 8PM and run at those times through the week. It is unknown if UKTV Gold will air the series more than once. This information is not on the UKTV website yet.

UKTV Gold (previously UK Gold) has had Doctor Who on its schedule in one form or another since the satellite/cable channel launched in 1992.

This will be the first time those 13 episodes have repeated in the UK on a channel that has commercial breaks.
