NHPTV New Hampshire http://www.nhptv.org/ got its 3rd and final digital channel (WEKW-DT 49) on the air on June 1, 2003. They are not simulcasting the analog lineup on their digital frequencies at this time, so this does not change the number of places where you can see Doctor Who yet. |

DirecTV http://www.directv.com/ subscribers in the Des Moines, IA viewing area can now opt to purchase a package of local TV channels including KDIN 11 Des Moines, the Iowa Public TV station. Dish Network http://www.dishnetwork.com/ subscribers in Des Moines have had that option for several months. DirecTV and Dish Network are adding many local markets this year, so if you're a subscriber to one of those systems in an area where Doctor Who airs keep an eye on their websites to see when/if your market is added. |

UK fans who missed Channel 4's recent showing of Daleks: Invasion Earth 2150A.D. (like this column did) may want to contact friends who get S4C out of Wales - the movie is airing there this Sunday at 8:15AM. It will not be airing on S4C Digital, only on the primary S4C, so if you have an S4C clarify which one you have before trying to catch the movie. |
While I try to keep the column up to date, I do sometimes miss late changes to schedules. If you see TWIDW's information getting out of synch with what your local station is actually airing, let me know ASAP. |

TELE 5 Poland http://www.tele5.pl/ Weekdays 4:40PM CET "Tom Baker episodes with Polish subtitles" TELE 5 ran 26 Tom Baker episodes last year, and has been rerunning them on weekdays for the last few weeks. Their website is of little use in determining which stories are airing, and the episode order was largely random, so seeing part 4 of, say, The Brain of Morbius, would give you no clue as to what the next story would be.
