Still in shock from the events in Mindwarp, the 6th Doctor begins his defense case. To the surprise of the court, he chooses to use an adventure from his future. Now, just a moment? If the Doctor is executed, he won't have a future, so wouldn't the admission of this evidence count as proof that they're going to acquit him? Probably what the Doctor's hoping, anyway.
