In another horrifying example of raging bureaucracy, someone has set up a toll bridge in deep space! Worse still, the toll station has come up with promotional gimmicks to drum up interest, like free trips to Disneyland in Florida! (That explains the tourists.) Will the 7th Doctor and Mel be wise enough not to join a bus of fools and go straight into extreme danger? Ken Dodd guest- stars with a disturbingly believable portrayal of a toll operator.
