Trapped in a pocket universe, the TARDIS crew searches for an exit. The 4th Doctor, Romana, and K9 land on a world with the same co-ordinates as Gallifrey, but with ever so slightly smarter people. Seriously - these folks have to average at least 80 on the IQ scale - beats the average Time Lord easily.
