A disintegrating empire has struck a deal with a horned devil called Nimon. Sacrifice children from a defeated world along with balls of radiation. In exchange for their barbarity, the Nimon promises to make the empire great again. But when the final shipment of "cargo" is lost in a mysterious black hole, the great journey of life may take a turn for the deadly.
