The Time Lords trick the Doctor into thinking his TARDIS is working so he'll stop a thief with knowledge of a Doomsday Weapon hidden beneath the surface of a colony world.

The Master tries to control Azal, last of the Daemons, in a bid to rule Earth. The Brigadier and company are trapped outside the village by a heat barrier. Meanwhile, savage incidents of Morris Dancing are on the rise.
Thu-Fri 11:30PM AEST Day of the Daleks eps 1 - 2 of 4
In the 22nd Century, an invasion of Earth by the Daleks was defeated by the 1st Doctor. But the Daleks have won, the planet is subjugated, and no one ever thought to remove the core to fly it around the galaxy. Something went wrong, and the 3rd Doctor is trapped in the middle of the efforts to fix it.
