Double feature due to transmitter problems last week. First up, a skull engages in a 12 million year pattern of deceit, waiting for the people who will unwittingly free it to resume its homicidal activities. Then, stay around for one of Tom Baker's best stories. Humanity has been moved to Pluto, where a corporation working in partnership with the government works the humans to near death, then taxes them the rest of the way. The best argument I've ever seen against the 3rd Way of politics being espoused in recent years.
