In the weekend story, the 4th Doctor declares himself President of Gallifrey and begins acting more erratic then ever before. Has he finally lost his mind? Later in the week, the 2nd Doctor, Jamie, and Victoria land on the planet Telos, where archaeologists single-mindedly search to find the lost tombs of the Cybermen.
