General Carrington is determined to start a war with the aliens, and will go to any lengths to accomplish this goal. The 3rd Doctor works on a peaceful arrangement. A television broadcast is scheduled. Black and White version. (If you happen to have a good quality color version - instead of the problematic version floating around - the BBC would love to borrow it for restoration purposes.)
