In the future, good pools have become hard to find. The 7th Doctor and Mel's quest for a good swimming experience brings them to an apartment complex in space, where teenage girl gangs roam the streets, cops are psycho, grannies are overly desirous to invite in strangers, and deaths are caused and covered up by the cleaning robots.
