WCET's website erroneously lists Revelation of the Daleks as the story airing here. It is unlikely that WCET would have ordered a story from the 6th Doctor package to air here out of order with no pledge drive going on. A prison ship holds just one prisoner. A madman. An evil genius that must never be allowed to leave the ship. A Dalek assault force is coming to rescue the prisoner. Oh expletive.
