It picks up where the last episode of series three left off, with the Titanic crashing through the Tardis wall, and although other plot details are being kept under wraps, it is known that the Aussie pop princess will be playing a waitress on the ill-fated liner. Could she and the Time Lord be about to do what neither Kate Winslet nor Leonardo Di Caprio could manage, and save the doomed liner? One thing that is certain is that the Doctor will have to do it all without the help of Martha Jones. She temporarily left the time traveller's side earlier this year, clearing the way for Catherine Tate to become the Doctor's sidekick in next year's series, reprising her role as Donna, the runaway bride from 2006's seasonal episode.
