De première van 'Doctor Who' seizoen 9 is de onmisbare kick-off van het najaar op BBC First. Amper drie dagen na de Britse première is 'Doctor Who' seizoen 9 al met Nederlandse ondertitels te zien op BBC First.
De start van de dramaseries op BBC First dit najaar wordt onmisbaar! Op 22 september, amper 3 dagen na de première op BBC One, schiet het negende seizoen van de beroemde 'Doctor Who' uit de startblokken op BBC First, met Nederlandse ondertitels. 'Doctor Who'-fans krijgen op 15 september bovendien al een voorsmaakje, met de exclusieve special 'Doctor Who Last Christmas'. 'Doctor Who' seizoen 9 - 22 september om 21.00 uurBBC First geeft het startschot voor het gloednieuwe seizoen van 'Doctor Who' op dinsdag 22 september, amper 3 dagen na de première in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. En net als alle andere dramareeksen op BBC First is ze Nederlands ondertiteld. Zo kunnen de Belgische fans bijna meteen na de lancering in het VK genieten van het nieuwe seizoen, in ideale omstandigheden: met ondertitels en in een lokaal avondschema boordevol Brits kwaliteitsdrama. In 'Doctor Who' S9 volgen we de nieuwe avonturen van de Doctor (Peter Capaldi) en Clara (Jenna Coleman). We ontmoeten voor het eerst ook Maisie Williams, bekend van haar rol als Arya Stark in 'Game of Thrones', aan de zijde van de Doctor. Dit nieuwe seizoen telt 12 afleveringen, waarvan er enkele uit twee delen bestaan. Het is geproducet door uitvoerend producent Steven Moffat en Brian Minchin. London, 22 May 2015: BBC Worldwide today announced the launch of BBC First in Belgium on Thursday 4 June 2015.
Following on from the successful launch of the channel in The Netherlands on 16 May, Belgium is the second country in Europe to receive BBC First, a fully localised channel which is the brand new home of the very best of British scripted content. With all programming subtitled in Flemish, BBC First makes its Belgium debut on cable provider Telenet, with further platforms to follow throughout the Benelux region. A bespoke channel for Benelux, BBC First offers premium and uninterrupted drama from the BBC and other leading British producers. From 9am on 4 June, Belgium will join the Netherlands on this unmissable new channel with series including the hugely popular and critically acclaimed series Wolf Hall – BBC Two’s highest rating programme for 13 years – and thrilling adventures including The Musketeers Series 2 as well as the very latest series of regional favourites, Silent Witness Series 18 and Last Tango in Halifax. BBC Worldwide announced today the European launch of BBC First, the new premium drama channel, in The Netherlands on May 16 2015.

With all programming subtitled into Dutch, BBC First makes its European debut on terrestrial provider KPN, with further platforms to follow throughout the Benelux region. A bespoke channel for The Netherlands, BBC First offers premium and uninterrupted drama from the BBC and other leading British producers. The channel will launch with hugely popular and critically acclaimed series such as Wolf Hall – BBC Two’s highest rating programme for 13 years – and thrilling adventures including The Musketeers Series 2 as well as the very latest series of regional favourites, Silent Witness and Last Tango in Halifax.
