BBC First was one of a new range of channels launched by BBC Worldwide during 2015. The Benelux version first aired from 4th June in Belgium and the Netherlands. The European BBC Entertainment was retired in this region shortly afterwards.

Doctor Who commenced broadcasting from the 22nd September with Series 9.
