The BFBS military service is making schedule changes to its Doctor
Who broadcasts to accommodate the World Cup and new programming. The
Sunday broadcast on BFBS 1 and BFBS Navy is at 5PM instead of 7PM
CET to accommodate World Cup matches. The BFBS 2 Who and
Confidential showings permanently move to Thursday 11:30PM CET next
week, with the BFBS Navy Saturday airings moving to Friday the same
week.

Members of the British military who get the BFBS TV channels should note a Doctor Who day change starting this week. BFBS 2 now airs Doctor Who Thursday evenings at 11ish PM instead of Friday evenings, with Doctor Who Confidential airing immediately afterwards. BFBS Navy has moved both its Saturday AM airings of Doctor Who and Doctor Who Confidential to Friday AM at approximately the same times.

Members of the British military who have been watching Doctor Who on
British Forces Broadcasting Service (BFBS) will have to wait an
extra 7 days for the end of Series 2. BFBS is airing World Cup and
Wimbledon coverage on Sunday 9 July, pre-empting Doctor Who. Repeats
are also being pre-empted. Doomsday will presumably premiere for
military forces on Sunday 16 July. The other episodes of Series 2
premiered for UK forces 1 day after their UK premieres.

subscribe to both Series 1 and Series 2 of Doctor Who now. Series 1
repeats from Sunday 6 August to Saturday 12 August. Series 2
premieres from Sunday 27 August to Saturday 2 September. Airing
times are in the main listings of the column below. In the case of
the last 7 episodes of Series 2 (The Idiot's Lantern through
Doomsday), Astro will be the 2nd official broadcaster on Earth to
air those episodes after the BBC in the UK. (The BFBS military
service does not count as the general public can't tune in.) Be
advised - Astro intends to mess up the airing order of Series 2. The
Christmas Invasion, which should air *first*, will air *last*,
after Doomsday. The Christmas Invasion is also listed as airing
only 45 minutes, which is probably a mistake.
