Note – you may have seen that I have changed how TWIDW numbers the episodes back
to how we did it from 2005 to 2009. It seems clear that the fights over how the
episodes were ordered have ended, with the 2010 Series being considered Series
5. And just in time, as the 2011 episodes have a split season and might be known
as Series 6 and Series 7. (I hope not – I'd rather they both be Series 6.)
