All the known broadcasts of Doctor Who covered weekly since 1998. With the
spinoffs too.

Today (26 June) is the finale of the current series of Doctor Who. After last
week's cliffhanger, people up to date with the BBC episodes are shocked, scared,
and excited for another big ending. People watching on the Australian schedule
(final episode airs 11 July) or the US and Canadian schedules (final episode
airs 24 July) or the New Zealand schedule (final episode airs 25 July) are
gritting their teeth, avoiding news websites, and asking folks on the UK
schedule to have a bit of consideration on fans whose networks aren't allowed to
air the episodes on the same weekend that they premiere.

UK - The 55 minute final episode "The Big Bang" is currently scheduled to air at
6:05PM BST on BBC One and BBC HD, provided Andy Murray's Wimbeldon match doesn't
a) run long and b) stay on BBC One instead of switching to BBC Two at 5:15PM as
currently planned. The BBC has two conflicting loves to balance today - Andy
Murray tennis matches blowing out all programming on BBC One vs. a big budget
Doctor Who blockbuster finale. How to choose? Well, find out in a few hours (my
money's on Doctor Who airing on time, but I would set extra time on my recording
to be safe. The scheduled 6:05PM time slot places Doctor Who safely between the
two World Cup matches of the day, so if you are out at a venue airing the World
Cup matches you can just have them switch from ITV1 to BBC One or BBC HD around
6PM to see the epic finale. As long as Doctor Who starts before 6:35PM, they can
fit the full episode in before the evening World Cup match, so everybody can be
happy.

UK - If, between Wimbledon Tennis, World Cup matches, Glastonbury concerts, or
just warm weather, you somehow miss Doctor Who (and you didn't set a timer to
record the episode), BBC Three will air The Big Bang Sunday 27 June at 7PM and
Friday 2 July at 8:05PM BST. It also airs on BBC HD late Monday 28 June at
12:20AM BST. And for people inside the UK only, there is the BBC iPlayer, which
will have the episode after the BBC One premiere.

CANADA - Tonight at 9PM EDT the SPACE network premieres Vincent and the Doctor. After a holiday inspired weekend move marathon pre-empts Who on 3 July, the final 3 episodes air on 10, 17, and 24 July. SPACE has the most ambitious Doctor Who finale coverage of all the networks this year. At 9PM ET/6PM PT - The Big Bang premieres. At 10PM ET/7PM PT - a live hourlong special edition of SPACE's "Innerspace" series looks back at this year's Doctor Who in a Canada wide event. Then, at 11PM ET/8PM PT - the Canadian English Language premiere of the Christmas 2007 episode Voyage of the Damned, which CBC omitted during their run of Doctor Who. Times are subject to change when SPACE realizes that The Pandorica Opens / The Big Bang might only give them 5 minutes of commercials in a 60 minute slot and they put the 72 minute Voyage of the Damned in an 85 minute slot.

USA - Tonight at 9PM EDT BBC America also premieres Vincent And The Doctor.
Tonight's showings, the On Demand version, and the iTunes version for purchase
are unedited. Repeats on BBC America on later days will probably be cut down to
46 minutes. Due to the Independence Day weekend, BBC America is repeating The
Time Of Angels and Flesh And Stone on 3 July rather than air a new episode,
though this will be the first time the episodes are edited together into a movie
version. The last 3 episodes will premiere on 10, 17, and 24 July. On 24 July
BBC America will repeat the first 12 episodes in a marathon from 9AM to 9PM
Eastern Time. Expect The Eleventh Hour, The Vampires Of Venice, Vincent And The
Doctor, and The Pandorica Opens to be cut down to 46 minutes each for
commercials. The Time Of Angels/Flesh And Stone and The Hungry Earth/Cold Blood
will be edited into movies for that marathon.

USA - BBC America's premiere of The Big Bang will be Saturday 24 July at 9PM
EDT. The 3 showings that night will be uncut. The Big Bang will probably be
edited down to 46 minutes when it airs with The Pandorica Opens on 26 July in a
movie version and when it repeats by itself on Tuesday 27 July at 9PM ET.

AUSTRALIA - ABC1 airs The Lodger on Sunday 27 June at 7:30PM. The Pandorica
Opens airs 4 July at 7:30PM, with finale The Big Bang on 11 July at 7:30PM. No
talk of marathons or special events at this time, though Australia will be
getting the finale about 2 weeks before the US, Canada, and New Zealand.

NEW ZEALAND - Prime airs Cold Blood on Sunday 27 June at 7:30PM. Episodes repeat
on Fridays at 9:40PM about 3 weeks after the Sunday premiere. Since Prime isn't
taking any breaks, they will be in synch with US and Canadian networks as of 11
July when The Lodger airs. The Big Bang has its New Zealand premiere on Prime on
25 July.

UK - BBC Radio 7 continues an abbreviated run of new to radio 8th Doctor/Lucy
Miller Doctor Who audios Sundays at 6PM and Midnight BST (available to listen to
online worldwide). Each episode is available online until the next episode airs.
