Torchwood Series 3 will be promoted to BBC One and air in Spring
2009. Right now only 5 episodes have been commissioned, which are
planned to air over one week. They are leaving open the option of
making more episodes. John Barrowman returns as Captain Jack for

SciFi Russia http://www.scifichannel.ru has added Torchwood and Doctor Who to their schedule. Torchwood is apparently having its Russia premiere. Episodes air Monday at 9PM Moscow time with repeats through the week.

currently has a discussion on their main forum regarding rumors that
TV2 is finally premiering Torchwood Series 1 on Wednesday 9 July.
