Assign Country Assign Channel	The CBC released their Autumn 2006 schedule last evening, including the start date for Doctor Who Series 2.

Assign Country Assign Channel	Doctor Who will air Mondays at 8PM on CBC TV in all time zones (8:30PM in Newfoundland), beginning 9 October (Thanksgiving Day in Canada). It is expected that Series 2 will begin with New Earth, as they aired The Christmas Invasion on Boxing Day (26 December) 2005. A long wait, but Series 2 is finally coming.
