A BBC press release has revealed that Doctor Who (and many other BBC shows) have been sold to the new Greek over the air station SKAI. The channel will launch on 1 April. "The titles range from dramas such as Spooks and Doctor Who to documentaries, including Seven Wonders of the Industrial World, Space Odyssey - Voyage to the Planets and three history titles looking at the Ancient Wonders of Jerusalem, Greece and the Holy Land." Hopefully SKAI will be a channel that is easy to receive. Since the channel has yet to launch, it is too soon to guess when Doctor Who may start airing in Greece. |
