Update: Prime TV New Zealand Repeats Who; CBC Buys Season 2

Members of the New Zealand Doctor Who Fan Club http://nzdwfc.tetrap.com are reporting from the TV listings there that Rose will repeat on Prime TV on Sunday 10 July at 7:30PM, 3 days after the premiere of the episode. It is unknown if Prime will repeat all the episodes or if this is just an attempt to advertise the start of Doctor Who's run. It is very rare for over the air New Zealand TV stations to air the same episode of a show twice in one week.

Shortly after yesterday's TWIDW column went to press, the BBC announced that the CBC had picked up the Christmas Special and Series 2 of Doctor Who:

It looks like the CBC will get the Christmas Special right after it airs in the UK.
