Confirmed: Doctor Who Returns To BBC One

BBC News Online has announced that a new series of Doctor Who will be produced by BBC Wales. The full story:

Russell T. Davies (best known for the original UK version of Queer As Folk) is the writer. The series will be aimed at family audiences like the classic series. All in the very early stages of development.
