بعد أن تم اختطافه من قبل عدو قديم، يُجبر الدكتور هو على خوض مهمة صعبة – في مكان تهاب دخوله كائنات الداليك أيضاً... كوكب كائنات الداليك. الكوكب الذي يُسجن فيه جميع كائنات الداليك المصابون في المعارك والمجانين، وعلى الدكتور هو وعائلة البوندز إيجاد طريقة للهروب. ولكن مع تضييق كائنات الداليك الخناق عليهما والمشاكل التي تواجهها إيمي وروري، فالأمر متروك للدكتور هو في إنقاذ حياتهم إلى جانب تسوية أمور إيمي وروري.

The Doctor and the Ponds puzzle an unlikely invasion of Earth, as millions of sinister black cubes arrive overnight, almost like presents falling from the sky. But what are they, what’s inside them and most importantly, who sent them? With the international community at a loss, it’s left to the Doctor to unearth who is behind the mystery.
