German Doctor Who fans - Pro 7 http://www.prosieben.de is going to try Doctor Who again. 1 episode a week Sunday afternoons starting 13 April. I do not know the start time yet. Also unclear is whether they will pick back up with The Long Game or start over with Rose. The main thing - Doctor Who is still alive in Germany.

BBC7 is encoring the drama "Dalek I Love You" tonight at 6:30PM GMT.
It will be available online for 1 week.

UK - no premiere date for Series 4 yet. Safe bet for 5 or 12 April.
Doubt it would be any later, since SciFi will be getting to these
episodes as of 25 April.

In the UK, Torchwood is moving from Wednesdays to Fridays to make
room for The Apprentice. Torchwood schedule information is included
