World War 2 is raging on. The British have a new special cypher for decoding German messages. The Russians have come to steal it. Oh, and the dead are rising. Surprisingly, the locals don't seem to notice a link between these three events until it's too late. And the Doctor must finish a game he began playing a long time ago.
