During end credits:

A standard Forces TV caption at the bottom appeared during the final scene to indicate "Next: Doctor Who", and then towards the end of the credits to indicate "Next: Doctor Who, Then Trouble in Mind".

Ad breaks:

An ad break occurs between the scenes of Doctor Henderson checking up on the unconcious Doctor and the Brigadier/Liz arriving at the hospital.
