Mel's obsession with the perfect swimming pool lands her and the 7th Doctor in hot water. At the Paradise Towers Resort, Apartment Complex, Slum, and Deathtrap, civilization has collapsed. Within a matter of years, presumably intelligent people have lost all memory of life outside the towers, civilization, and being anything other than utter creeps.
