STS or CTC, otherwise known as Сеть Телевизионных Станций, Set' Televizionnykh Stantsiy, is a Russian entertainment television channel based in Moscow, and run by CTC Media. It was launched on 1st December 1996, and is one of the largest channels in Russia in terms of viewer reach.

In 2006 the channel broadcast the first series of the revived Doctor Who on weekday afternoons, but this was not repeated and though it was believed they had rights to show the second series it was never seen on STS.
