MTV3 Scifi was the Finnish version of TV4 Science Fiction, launched on 1st March 2008, a day after Sweden. It continued until its parent channel closed down in August 2012.

Classic Doctor Who featured prominently on the channel from the start, commencing with William Hartnell on Monday 3rd March 2008, and during the run covered all of the first seven Doctors' adventures (that existed!). The channel also showed the first couple of series of Torchwood.
